MEet Richard

As a fulltime executive coach with a Master's Degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting. I specialize in working with professionals and executives leaders to adapt and evolve with the rapidly changing world. I help bring focus to character capacity development and emotional intelligence growth that will take you and your teams to higher levels. 

I have 27 years of experience as a leader, coach and consultant in public, private and community sectors. I helped new brands and very established brands bring their best to their clients. I have facilitated relational recovery groups.  I am also a nationally licensed soccer coach and have coached high school varsity soccer and developed players and community coaches for over 15 years.

 My years of experience in coaching has taught me that there is talent everywhere, many times in places we can’t see. These blind spots can be obstructed by “should's” and blocked with “ought to’s.”

My job as a coach is to increase your field of vision. To help you see true undiscovered or undeveloped talents within. A good coach does not tell you what you “should” do, a good coach helps you see and gives you tools to enhance what is best in you. 

I took this journey myself many years ago and I can help you do the same. There is a freedom in saying "this is the real me."

My wife Wendy and I live in Madison Wisconsin. Between the two of us, we have 2 married children (Richard), three teens (Wendy), Peanut the dog and George the cat. We enjoy running, biking, camping, dancing, volleyball, and almost anything that gets us outside.

Wendy and I are passionate development members of Zeteo Community. We serve women who have been sexually trafficked and exploited by providing residential programming and a supportive community in which they are free to dream and thrive again.
