As a full-time executive coach with a Master's Degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting, Richard specializes in working with professional and executive leaders to adapt and evolve with the rapidly changing world. He brings focus to character capacity development and emotional intelligence growth that will take you and your teams to higher levels.
With over 27 years of experience as a leader, coach, and consultant across public, private, and community sectors, Richard has empowered both emerging and established brands to deliver their best to clients. He has also facilitated relational growth groups, helping individuals and teams thrive. Additionally, Richard is a nationally licensed soccer coach with over 15 years of experience coaching high school varsity teams, developing players, and mentoring community coaches.
Enhancement Project
Richard's years of experience in coaching has taught him that there is talent everywhere, many times in places we can’t see. These blind spots can be obstructed by “should's” and blocked with “ought to’s.”
His job as a coach is to increase your field of vision. To help you see true undiscovered or undeveloped talents within. A good coach does not tell you what you “should” do, a good coach helps you see and gives you tools to enhance what is best in you.
He took this journey himself many years ago and he can help you do the same. There is a freedom in saying "this is the real me."
Kingdom Life
Richard and his wife Wendy are active members of Zeteo Community, an organization that offers long-term residential programming and a healing space for women recovering from human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Richard serves as a Community Champion, equipping staff, volunteers, and program participants with life skills to help them heal, grow, and rediscover their Imago Dei.
