There’s talent everywhere - sometimes hidden in plain sight. Often, what’s truest and most powerful within us gets buried under a pile of “shoulds” and “ought to’s.” We chase expectations, polish personas, or perform for approval and in the process, lose sight of who we really are.
My job as a coach is to expand your field of vision - to help you see the gifts, strengths, and calling already present, even if they’ve been dormant or dismissed. This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about enhancing what’s most true about you.

Richard serves as a Culture Champion within Zeteo Community - a restorative residential organization for women and children healing from human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
As part of this mission, Richard helps shape the heart of the culture by equipping staff, volunteers, and participants with the tools to heal, grow, and rediscover their Imago Dei - their God-given identity and value.
His work at Zeteo is not separate from his coaching — it’s an extension of it. It’s where transformation, redemption, and leadership meet real life.
